How to Register for Pony Club
Ready to saddle up? We are migrating to a specialized equestrian system to keep our riders safe and our schedule organized. Please follow these quick steps to grab your spot:
Create an Account. Click the 'Book' button to launch our portal.
Register a Rider. Once logged in, you must create a profile for every rider. Why? This tells us your height, experience level, and medical info so we can assign the right horse. The system also only shows what’s available to book based on these information.
Book Your Session. Once your Rider Profile is saved, the calendar will unlock, and you can select your dates!
Best for: Dedicated riders who want to advance their skills.
MeadowView Reins is a certified Canadian Pony Club center. This program goes beyond the saddle to teach the full scope of horsemanship. Riders develop technical skills and confidence while learning about stable management, feeding, and horse health. It is a place to build teamwork and friendships, with the opportunity to work towards national testing levels and earn badges for achievements."

Format: Weekly Group Session (4-Week Series).
Price: $125 per 4-week series, exclusive of Canadian Pony Club membership

Transport Option: Need a lift? We offer a shuttle service from Williams Lake to MeadowView Ranch for $10 per session.

Riding Academy
Learn the Language of the Horse.
Safety, balance, and technical skill—from the ground up.
Best for: Beginners, adults, or riders wanting flexible 1-on-1 attention.
Riding is a partnership, not just a passenger seat. Our horsemanship lessons cover the complete picture: from catching and grooming to riding with balanced hands and seat. Whether you are building confidence or refining technique, we focus on safety and communication at every step.
Locations: MeadowView Ranch (Big Lake) OR Williams Lake Rec Complex.
Format: 1 Hour (Private or Semi-Private).
Price: $40 per lesson | $150 for 4-Lesson Package.
Important Note:Lessons at the Williams Lake location incur an additional $10 arena drop-in fee per session

Important Note: All excursions are led by safety-certified local guides. Horseback groups are kept intimate (max 4 guests) to ensure personal attention and safety.
YEAR-ROUND
The MeadowView Ride (Half-Day)
A perfect introduction to trail riding. Spend 3 hours exploring the forests and fields of the ranch, followed by a trail-side snack. Ideal for guests who want to experience the peace of the backcountry without a full-day commitment.
Price: $175 per person
Duration: ~3 Hours
Inclusions: Guided ride, trail snack.
Venture off the beaten path. This immersive experience takes you deeper into the backcountry for stunning views and the rhythm of the open range. Includes a rustic trail lunch.

Saddle Up (Full Day)
Trail Trotters: Family Ride (Half-Day)
Creating memories, one hoofbeat at a time. A private group ride designed specifically for families (2 adults + 2 kids). We move at a relaxed pace that suits the little ones, focusing on comfort and fun.
Price: $375 Total (Family of 4)

Trail Trekkers: Family Ride (Full Day)
The ultimate family day out. Explore gentle forest paths and open meadows, learn basic horsemanship together, and enjoy a picnic lunch in the wild.”

SUMMER ONLY
A guided 3-hour paddle exploring the shorelines and calm bays of Big Lake. We provide the boards, the safety gear, and the local knowledge. Includes a snack break on the water.”

Lake Session (Half-Day)
A true retreat. Explore hidden coves and spot wildlife on a full-day guided paddle. This relaxed pace allows plenty of time to master the water and disconnect from the rush. Includes a shoreline picnic lunch and plenty of time to relax.”

Paddle Odyssey (Full Day)
Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Lessons
There is more to paddleboarding than just standing up. Learn to move with efficiency, power, and stability. Led by Meagan Bruneski (World Club Crew Dragon Boat Medalist), these sessions cover stroke technique, board control, and water safety. Perfect for beginners building confidence or experienced paddlers refining their form.”

SCHOOL YEAR PROGRAM
Spend your day off school at the ranch!
Better than a day on the couch. Kids spend the day outdoors with horses, crafts, nature games, and team-building activities. It is a full day of fresh air and friendship.
When: School District Pro-D Days (Fall, Winter, Spring).

SPRING BREAK SERIES
Weekday Spring Break Camp (All Ages)
Theme: Riding & Creativity
A full-week day camp experience for children of all riding levels. Campers enjoy horseback riding, outdoor adventure, crafts, and Equine-Assisted Learning. Note: Canadian Pony Club members can work on badge content during this week.
When: March 16 - 20
Duration: 5 days
Price: $450 for the week
Spring Break Camp-Out (Ages 10+)
Theme: Adventure & Independence
Designed for riders ready for an overnight adventure. Participants work on horsemanship and leadership skills, enjoy extended riding time, and gather around the campfire for songs, stories, and connection.
When: March 22–23
Duration: Overnight
Price: $180
Spring Break Family Day (All Ages)
Theme: Connection & Discovery
A relaxed, come-and-go day to explore the ranch together. Families are invited to meet the animals, take photos with the horses, enjoy a campfire, and participate in crafts and outdoor games

Gatherings & Private Events
Give them a birthday they will talk about all year.
Forget the trampoline park. Our ranch parties let kids run free, meet the animals, and experience life on the ranch. Packages include 2 hours of private access to our picnic area, pony rides for the guests, glitter tattoos, and a campfire for roasting marshmallows.
