More Than a Ranch. A Place of Purpose.

MeadowView Reins was built on a simple foundation: nature grounds us, and movement clarifies. Nestled on 50 acres in the Cariboo, we bridge the gap between the natural world and human potential. Whether you are on a paddleboard or a horse, this is a place to leave the noise behind and think clearly.

Our Commitment to Community: We believe the lessons learned in the saddle—responsibility, grit, and empathy—should belong to everyone. That is why we consciously structure our youth programs, particularly the Pony Club, as accessible community initiatives. By keeping barriers to entry low, we ensure that the next generation of riders can start their journey on solid ground.

Meet Your Lead Facilitator

Meagan Bruneski | B.Kin, EAL Certified, Paddle Canada Instructor

The Scientist in the Saddle.

Meagan Bruneski is not your typical rancher. With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a background as a World Club Crew Dragon Boat Medalist, she approaches outdoor recreation through the lens of movement science.

After years of competing at high levels, Meagan realized that true strength isn't just physical—it is about regulation, balance, and connection. She founded MeadowView Reins to combine her technical expertise in biomechanics with her passion for the Cariboo lifestyle. Today, she uses that unique blend of science and spirit to help guests—whether they are anxious beginners or seasoned athletes—find their balance.

Credentials:

Our Partners in the Field.

Our horses, sheep, and livestock guardians are not just residents; they are co-facilitators. In our Equine Assisted Learning programs, the horse is the teacher—providing the honest, immediate bio-feedback that no human coach could replicate.

We believe in treating our animals with the same respect we show our guests. They are sentient partners who work alongside us to create safe, transformative experiences.

Want to meet the crew? From 'Red' the gentle giant to 'Courage' the sheep, our animals have big personalities. Follow us on Instagram to see daily life on the ranch and meet the herd.

Growing with the Cariboo.

MeadowView Reins is a living project. We are currently a day-use destination, but our vision is growing. In Spring 2026, we will be open our overnight guest cabins, turning our 50-acre outpost into a full destination for outdoor education and restoration.

Until then, we invite you to join us for the day. Come breathe the air, learn a skill, and be part of our story.
